PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
This store is owned and operated by Hippie Hollar, LLC dba Happy Hippie Head Shop.
PLEASE double check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order. Any order you wish to have canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee of the order total. Additionally any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications need to be sent to [email protected]. We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. Returning shipments must be postmarked to return no more than 7 days of date that the order was received by customer. Orders that are received for return that do not meet the return policy requirements will be donated to a local charity. We do ask that you send us a picture of the damaged item/items to help us figure out the cause.
Shipping and Processing Times
Please allow up to 15 business days for all orders to ship. We make each product to order so it takes some extra time to have each order processed and shipped out. Once your order is processed to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking info and an estimated ship date. Please note that the quoted shipping times at checkout DO NOT include our processing times.

Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The item should be shipped to Hippie Hollar at 2677 N. 1315th St, Flat Rock, IL 62427. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued.
***All exchanges must be received by Hippie Hollar within 7 days of receipt of your package.***
We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday related items.
Any packages received after 7 days will be refused by Hippie Hollar and returned to the sender.
Returns
If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The items must be received by Hippie Hollar within 7 days of the package being delivered. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.

We DO NOT accept any returns on holiday themed items.
Any packages received after 7 days will be refused by Hippie Hollar and sent back to the sender.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
When returning or exchanging any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to exchange or return your items. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/ exchange process.
Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that are purchased at a wholesale discount or purchased for resale by the customer.
Wholesale Orders
Hippie Hollar reserves the right to cancel any order before it has been shipped if we feel that an order is in direct violation of our wholesale terms. We do not offer any wholesale pricing on any of our apparel. Discount codes cannot be used to place orders with large quantities of apparel. If management deems an order to be in violation of our wholesale terms your order will be canceled without notice. You agree to all of these terms and conditions upon completing your checkout and placing your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged, or returned. Please take care when ordering to ensure you've got everything you need and have selected the correct designs. We cannot add to, remove, exchange, return, combine, etc. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our order fulfillment process does not allow for this.
When you place your order, the packing slip prints the order details immediately and the packing slips go out to the printing and packing team. It could be at any number of stations in the warehouse and hunting down that packing slip to try to make any kind of change to the order is extremely time consuming.
Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Hippie Hollar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Hippie Hollar does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Hippie Hollar does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Hippie Hollar shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Hippie Hollar has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Hippie Hollar product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Hippie Runner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hippie Hollar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hippie Hollar shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Hippie Hollar without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
